The broad scope of their practice accordingly covers a full range of high-level mandates in this area, spanning big-ticket and cross-border buyouts, growth/minority deals, co-investments, joint ventures, exits and restructurings, spanning the UK, Europe and the US, whilst also supporting major investee companies throughout their investment life-cycle.
