This leading offshore and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced, senior-level lawyer to join their top-flight Corporate and Private Equity transactional practice in the Cayman Islands. Applicants will need to be Offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with a minimum of nine years' PQE gained within a mainstream high-level Corporate or Private Equity role. The position will entail undertaking a broad and varied transactional caseload, often acting for major international banks, financial institutions, corporates and high-net-worth individuals, and including a full range of downstream private equity transactions, alongside big-ticket public and private M&A, capital markets, and general corporate advisory mandates. You'll be working closely with other members of their market leading team and reporting to their highly rated group partners in the Caymans. Foreign language skills would be advantageous (especially where useful to their busy Latin America team), while excellent interpersonal and technical legal skills are prerequisite for success in this high-level role.
