Their practice acts for an impressive list of major PE funds on a varied range of big-ticket cross-border transactions at all stages of the investment cycle, covering financings and refinancings, bolt-on investments, management incentive plans and management change, recaps, corporate restructurings and exits. The team also support portfolio companies on legal issues that typically arise under private equity ownership and leveraged structures. They regularly collaborate with international colleagues in carrying out these headline deals, working closely with top teams in the US, Europe and Asia.
