Their practice covers the full range of top-level mandates in this area, spanning high-value and cross-border buyouts, take-privates, carve-outs, investments and exits across the UK, Europe and the US. While their sector coverage is very broad, recent high-level work wins have particularly featured major infrastructure funds as well big-ticket tech sector deals, which are both fast developing areas for the team.
