Their leading practice acts for a stellar client-list of private equity sponsors on a varied range of big-ticket cross-border transactions at all stages of the downstream investment cycle, covering financings and refinancings, bolt-on investments, management incentive plans and management change, recaps, corporate restructurings and exits. The team also support portfolio companies extensively on legal issues that typically arise under private equity ownership and leveraged structures. They regularly collaborate with international colleagues in carrying out these headline deals, working closely with top teams in New York, Frankfurt and Paris.
