This major international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate / M&A practice in Dubai. The position will entail handling a variety of high-level work, including large scale, complex, cross-border M&A, venture capital, private equity, and investment funds transactions, for major global clients including leading tech companies and multinationals, the region’s leading sovereign wealth funds, private equity and venture capital funds and family offices, across the Middle Eastern region. Their team also offer a strong equity capital markets capability and Saudi deal expertise. Applicants will therefore need first class legal practice abilities, coupled with a practical commercial approach (with a track record in taking responsibility for and managing deals); excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; and enjoy being part of a dynamic, friendly and outgoing team. You will also ideally have a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and consistently strong results throughout your academic history.
