Their high-level practices focusses on supporting Jersey-domiciled funds with the full range of top-level funds-related instructions, spanning advice on fundraising for major launches, formation of new funds and collective investment vehicles (incl. guiding through Jersey's approval process), fund closings, cross-border and offshore transactions, and all related structuring and regulatory matters. Acting for leading boutique and institutional fund managers, the firm counts a number of notable private equity, secondaries, real estate, hedge and digital asset funds among its stellar client list. The position offers the chance to be involved in some of the most cutting-edge funds and related corporate work taking place within the offshore world today. Strong academics and high quality legal training, ideally gained with a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm, will be needed, along with a variety of high-level Funds and/or Corporate experience.
