The core of the role will therefore cover all aspects relating to the establishment, authorisation and structuring of funds and their related investment vehicles, with the position offering the chance to advise on some of the most cutting-edge work taking place in the offshore world. Strong academics and high quality legal training, ideally gained with a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm, will be needed, along with a variety of high-level Funds and/or Corporate experience.
