This well liked City and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a junior-level Associate to join their high-performing London Corporate / ECM team, advising local and international clients on a diverse range of matters. Their team focusses particularly on advising companies (and their directors and shareholders), as well as major sponsors, NOMADs and brokers on corporate finance transactions, including private and pre-IPO placements, IPOs (Official List as well as AIM), secondary issues (debt and equity), takeovers (including schemes of arrangement) and other related matters (such as reductions of capital, de-mergers and acquisitions/disposals by quoted companies). They act across a variety of industry sectors, with investment management (incl. listed funds) and financial services especially prominent. Applicants will need to have high-level Corporate and/or ECM experience, ideally gained within a London or major UK regional practice, combined with strong academics and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
