The position could suit either an ECM specialist, or an Associate with broad corporate experience seeking to specialise and further build their ECM expertise. Candidates wishing to retain a balanced Corporate practice are also encouraged to apply, with the team able to offer broader work exposure, particularly extending to the M&A and listed funds areas.
