This leading UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate or Senior Associate to join their busy Corporate team in London, to support the firm's thriving and market leading Energy and Infrastructure practices. Their hiring team has a truly global practice and acts for both financial and industry parties on private & public M&A, other corporate transactions and complex commercial deals, and also for project procurers, developers and lenders on the development of the full suite of energy and infrastructure assets. Their growing ESG practice also acts for parties across the energy sector advising on energy transition, climate change and related governance. The team take great pride in the quality of their mandates and how they deliver them, with their lawyers working on both fast-paced international M&A / corporate matters, as well as long-term major project development. They are on the legal panels of a host of leading energy and infrastructure investors, and Tier 1 ranked by both The Legal 500 and Chambers.
