This highly-rated boutique City law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate & Commercial practice in London. This is a broad ranging role across the practice covering corporate, banking (particularly real estate finance) and broader commercial transactions, both domestic and cross-border. The practice focusses especially on investment work (acting for angel investors, founders/companies and VCs) and generally on working with entrepreneurs and early-stage ventures. You'll work closely with key partners of this busy department, assisting with large-scale transactions, and running your own smaller-scale matters. Applicants should be UK qualified lawyers, with relevant transactional experience and strong academic credentials.
