The role provides the opportunity to work on many of the largest and most complex disputes mandates within the UAE and throughout the GCC region. Their team handle major construction disputes (several over USD1 billion) concerning the region's airports, as well as hospitals, shopping centres, hotels, power stations, cooling facilities, desalination plants, bridges and highways, manufacturing facilities, renewable energy and other major infrastructure, as well as large-scale commercial, residential and mixed use developments. Applicants will need to be UK or Common Law qualified lawyers, with experience in complex and high-end construction disputes, ideally gained within a well-regarded international law firm.
