This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving and high-level Gulf Construction Disputes practice in Dubai. The role will provide the opportunity to work on many of the largest and most complex construction litigation and arbitration cases concerning major projects in the MENA region. Their highly rated Gulf team advise top regional owners and developers, as well as leading international contractors, on complex and big-ticket Construction Disputes (several over USD500 million) concerning major Energy, Infrastructure, Transportation and broader PPP projects in the UAE and across the wider ME region. Applicants will need to have strong and wide-ranging Construction Disputes experience (with the team keen to hear from both Gulf-based and overseas candidates), along with a keen interest in building and developing a top-level MENA-focused offering; fluency in Arabic would be advantageous, though is not essential.
