This highly rated mid-tier and national law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Construction Disputes lawyer to join their thriving London practice. Working closely with their leading national Real Estate group, their team acts for a range of impressive clients in both the private and public sectors, advising on a full range of high-end contentious Construction matters across a diverse range of industry sectors. The role will entail working as part of a close-knit team to support partners in London and assist in growing their Construction Disputes offering nationally. Matters will focus particularly on proceedings before the TCC and all forms of alternative dispute resolution, for domestic UK projects in the main, but with the opportunity to become involved in international matters. The firm are seeking excellent technical skills, including strong knowledge of JCT, FIDIC and NEC, a dedicated and strong client focus, and drive and enthusiasm for the practice.
