This large international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving and market leading Construction & Energy Disputes practice in Dubai. Their highly rated team focus particularly on big-ticket arbitrations concerning major oil & gas and construction infrastructure disputes both within the UAE and across the broader MENA region. They represent an impressive variety of stellar employers, contractors, consultants and subcontractors, advising on cases concerning a range of major projects, from airports, to process and power plants, roads, and commercial and residential premises. They accordingly represent clients in proceedings under all the major international and regional arbitration rules (incl. ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, DIAC and ADCCAC) seated in major arbitration centres (incl. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Paris, London and Geneva). The role therefore presents a superb opportunity to work closely with and learn from some of the leading international disputes lawyers in the UAE, while building your profile, career and experience at the very top level within the MENA region. Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with high-level Construction Disputes experience, strong academics and excellent communication and organisational skills. Gulf region experience and Arabic language skills, while beneficial are not essential for the position.
