One of the market leading Competition Litigation teams at this top international law firm have a superb opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving practice. The team is integrated within the firm's premier Competition, Regulation & Trade group and works closely with their top-tier Dispute Resolution division. They have particular expertise in defending big-ticket follow-on, hybrid and stand-alone competition related claims across multiple jurisdictions. This includes acting on many of the most complex recent and on-going cases in the UK, as well as providing expert strategic advice on private enforcement risks and the relationship with the public enforcement process. The role will involve – in addition to other matters – assisting in the defence of damages actions in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal, and managing the response to multi-jurisdictional claims.
