This highly respected and well-liked international law firm has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving Competition & Trade Regulation practice in London. Keeping up with the ever changing regulations since Brexit is and continues to be hugely important to the firm and their clients. This is a key role within this team, also working with the firm's other European offices, across the various areas of relevant business regulation. Key areas of expertise they are looking for include product, packaging and labelling regulations compliance; REACH, batteries and other waste, electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) compliance; consumer protection, e-commerce, advertising and product warranties; trade, customs and export control compliance; and supply chain due diligence compliance. The firm are seeking someone who has this niche experience, works well independently and can handle a busy caseload.
