The multi-national and multi-lingual nature of their team allows an understanding of the national policy concerns that shape global competition laws and maintenance of strong relationships with authorities and enforcement agencies across the globe. Their top-level competition law expertise includes merger control, cartels and dawn raids, competition litigation, market and sector investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid, public procurement and utilities regulation. Applicants will need to have high-level relevant experience gained within a recognised London-based competition practice along with an excellent academic background.
