This leading UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their market leading Commercial Projects practice in Dubai. Their clients include a stellar list of governments, project sponsors, lenders, debt and equity financiers, borrowers, export-credit agencies and international financial organisations, with their top-level practice spanning the asset classes, including major projects in oil & gas, petrochemicals, renewables, water & wastewater, mining & metals, infrastructure and telecoms. Applicants will need to be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with a strong track-record in large-scale infrastructure projects. You'll particularly need to be familiar with concessions, O&M agreements, offtake agreements, feedstock agreements etc, ideally covering a range of asset types.
