This well-respected major offshore law firm have a superb new opportunity for a further Associate to join their highly rated Commercial Litigation practice in the BVI. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll be providing a full range of litigation services to major clients - both supporting the partners and taking principal responsibility as appropriate - for cases involving a variety of high-end contentious work, including major trust, company, cross border fraud and insolvency matters. You will also be playing an active and key role in the management of matters, carrying out your own advocacy (with appropriate supervision), and assisting in the promotion and business development of the litigation practice across all of the firm's locations (BVI, Cayman, Jersey and Guernsey). Applicants will need to be UK qualified lawyers, and should ideally have a broad range of high-end Commercial Litigation experience gained within a major international or offshore law firm.
