This well liked and highly regarded boutique City law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving Commercial Disputes practice. The role will entail working closely with highly respected partners on a varied caseload typically involving an interesting mix of commercial/contractual claims, fraud related matters, corporate investigations, civil injunctions, director/shareholder proceedings, professional negligence, insolvency and asset tracing. Applicants will need to have relevant, high-end commercial disputes experience, ideally gained within another well respected UK or international law firm, along with excellent academic credentials, and a keen desire to play an active role in assisting to develop and grow the practice.
