The firm are well known for their top-level expertise across sectors where technology plays a key role, and the position will entail working closely with leading partners on all forms of commercial dispute resolution, spanning litigation, arbitration, ADR (including mediation), corporate governance advice and investigations. As such, the team are ideally seeking a good 'all-round' commercial disputes lawyer, with solid legal training and experience gained with another major UK firm. Exposure to international clients and regulatory work would be advantageous, as would arbitration experience, although this is not essential; in addition, experience of multi-party disputes and fraud matters would be useful.
