This highly-rated mid-tier UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy Commercial Disputes practice in London. The role will entail working closely with highly respected partners on big-ticket international arbitrations, banking and financial market disputes, litigation and investigations for major international public and privately-owned entities and HNW individuals. Their practice is broad-ranging with matters typically involving an interesting and varied mix of breach of contract claims, director's misfeasance, post-acquisition warranty and indemnity claims, banking disputes, anti-bribery and corruption and civil fraud cases. Applicants will need to have relevant, high-end commercial disputes experience, ideally gained within another major UK or international law firm, along with excellent academic credentials, and a keen desire to play an active role in assisting to grow the practice.
