This leading South-East regional law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their highly rated Commercial & Technology practice working out of their base in Guildford. Their highly rated team advise on a full and varied range of technology and commercial contract matters, which also extends into related areas such as competition, consumer law, data protection and franchising. The group are active across all sectors, however, with a particular emphasis on insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising and technology. As such, the role will offer a challenging, interesting and diverse range of work, with a fantastic client list, which includes in-house legal teams, well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates, as well as owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs. The team (and the wider firm) has a significant focus on international work and much of what they do has a cross border dimension. They are particularly seeking a committed team player, with strong technical (drafting / negotiating) and inter-personal skills, sound academics and high-quality experience.
