This major offshore and international law firm has a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their growing and market leading Commercial & Insolvency Litigation practice in Bermuda. Their team are widely recognised for their expertise in both international and domestic cases, with their broad practice spanning major corporate, commercial and civil disputes, banking, financial services and trusts litigation, fraud and asset tracing claims and regulatory investigations, disputes and advisory work. They are presently seeking a Barrister, Solicitor or Attorney with excellent academic qualifications, who is admitted to practice in a common law jurisdiction, and has at least five years of high-level Commercial Litigation experience. Exposure to complex and high-value insolvency and restructuring matters would also be beneficial.
