As part of a highly dynamic and growing practice, you'll advise and represent an impressive list of major clients in connection with a range of high-value disputes, with a focus on commercial litigation, trust litigation and insolvency related matters. Much of the team's work centers on the highly lucrative offshore financial services sector, is also cross-border in some way, and often involves acting alongside lawyers in other offices and other major international law firms.
