In line with general offshore practice, the role will cover contentious financial services related cases (including trust, funds and corporate disputes and administrative applications) for major corporate and trust providers, banks and other financial institutions, as well as family offices and high net worth individuals. In the insolvency area, both contentious and non-contentious mandates will feature, acting for major insolvency practitioners, banks and other financial institutions, as well as corporates, creditors, directors and shareholders. Applicants will need to be offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with high-level relevant experience, and a commitment to building a top-level career on Jersey for the long term.
