This highly rated and well liked boutique City law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an Associate with experience in Commercial, IP & IT matters to join their busy and thriving practice. In essence, this is a broad Commercial role, reporting into a senior individual on their team. It entails a broad range of high-level work, including advising on diverse technology and IP issues, drafting and negotiating a full range of commercial contracts, incl. NDAs, T&Cs for supply of goods and services, advising on web terms and privacy policies, and handling a range of non-contentious IP work. While the sector focus can vary, the team deal with high-end clients, often in the public eye, including across the tech, media and entertainment industries. The work is highly varied and the practice busy. There is also great flexibility and scope to develop the role into what you want it to be, with huge scope to grow and develop the commercial work across the wider team and firm.
