They are currently seeking a suitable Associate- to Senior Associate-level candidate for a position within their team. Their work handled covers a full and varied range of complex international commercial and financial services litigation, contentious cross-border insolvency (incl. large-scale fraud and asset tracing claims) and restructuring matters, as well as high-value international trust and estate matters. Applicants should have circa 4-7 years' PQE, with an offshore, UK or Commonwealth legal qualification, and broad ranging commercial, financial services and/or insolvency litigation experience, ideally gained within another leading offshore or international legal practice.
