Their work handled covers an array of local and international disputes, including major commercial, financial services, shareholder and trust disputes, as well as large and complex insolvency matters with a particular emphasis on the investment funds and insurance industries. Applicants will need to have 3+ years' PQE, with an offshore, UK or Commonwealth legal qualification, and broad ranging Commercial and/or Insolvency Litigation experience, ideally gained within another leading offshore or international law firm.
