One of the top US / international law firms has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Capital Markets Associate to join their market leading team in Dubai. The team handles a broad range of top-level regional and international transactional equity and debt CM work, spanning a full range of deals from IPOs to derivatives, and high yield bonds to direct listings; they are a "go-to source" for top-level international capital markets advice. Clients are primarily leading issuers, private equity investors, and investment banks, with transactions ranging from upper-mid-market domestic deals to major structured cross-border financings and restructurings. The team are ideally seeking someone with high-level experience within a major international law firm of working for Issuers and underwriters on a diverse range of big-ticket international ECM and DCM matters. Applicants will need to be UK, US or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with high-level experience in managing/leading transactions/the listing process and in drafting/negotiating a broad suit of relevant legal documentation and prospectuses.
