This major UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an additional Associate to join their leading Capital Markets practice to focus on the Corporate Trust & Agency area. Their hiring team are an integral part of the debt capital markets group within the firm's leading global markets practice. Acting for all of the leading corporate trustees and agents operating internationally, they advise on a broad spectrum of capital markets transactions, including corporate debt, note programmes, subordinated debt, repackagings, CLOs and securitisations. They also have substantial expertise in advising on default situations and the restructuring of structured and other finance products, working in close conjunction with other groups within the firm. Advice to facility agents, security agents and escrow agents on syndicated loans, project finance and other loan financings also feature. The team has had great success in establishing itself as a market leader in a relatively short period of time and this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to their thriving practice.
