This highly respected and well-liked international law firm has two excellent opportunities for Associates / Senior Associates to join their busy and thriving Banking & Finance practice in London. Their highly rated team advises on a varied and interesting range of big-ticket corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, fund finance and specialty credit transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border matters (both Transatlantic and European) and with a further growing workflow from the major emerging markets. The group is also increasingly instructed on private credit transactions outside the traditional bank lending market, working regularly with US colleagues to collaborate on transactions and market to the major Transaltantic providers. They are well known for the strength of their client base and diversity of skill set. The roles present an excellent opportunity to be involved with complex and high profile international work, and would suit someone seeking long term career prospects and the opportunity to work closely with key client contacts on a day-to-day basis. Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with relevant experience in the areas mentioned (an interest in fund finance and/or private credit would particularly be welcomed, although broader interests can also be accommodated).
