This leading offshore law firm is seeking a further Associate to joint their market leading Banking & Finance team in the British Virgin Islands. The role will be highly varied and challenging, working at the top level of cutting edge transactions, and covering a full range of offshore financing work. Acting on both the borrower and lender side of transactions, their team handles a variety of complex matters relating to asset and project finance, general banking, equity and debt capital markets, and private equity mandates, and is especially active in financing transactions involving corporate and funds clients, secured financing issues, real estate finance, and debt restructurings and reorganisations. The firm is ideally looking for a BVI or UK qualified lawyer, who has broad-based and high-level banking & finance experience, ideally gained within a major Offshore, UK or international law firm.
