This major offshore and international law firm has a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Associate to join their market leading Banking & Finance practice on Jersey (with the role based in either Jersey or London). The position will entail working for a stellar client list of major international banks and institutions on a range of high-level, international banking & finance transactions, including major deals involving funds, leveraged and real estate finance, restructuring and corporate recovery, and debt capital markets (incl. in the sustainable finance remit), within a very high achieving and successful offshore team. Almost all of their work involves a significant cross-border element and regularly involves working alongside leading lawyers within the Magic/Silver Circle and other top US and international law firms.
