This well liked and highly regarded boutique City law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving mid-market London Banking & Finance practice. Their team advise a broad spectrum of clients, covering both lenders and borrowers, on a wide variety of financing arrangements, including general corporate finance, charitable and social finance, acquisition, receivables and trade finance. They are panel lawyers for a number of lenders, from clearing banks to those focused on social impact, while borrower clients range from small and medium-sized enterprises, through to multinational corporations, social housing providers, charities of all sizes and other not-for-profit entities. The firm actively encourage all their lawyers to pursue their personal interests through their practice, develop management skills through supervising junior fee earners, contribute to business development and work cross-departmentally through their wide range of sector groups.
