This highly rated mid-tier City and national law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious junior Associate to join their thriving Banking & Finance practice in London. Their expertise spans both the public and private sectors with a particular emphasis on the areas of real estate finance, housing finance and Islamic finance, with clients including an impressive and highly active list of Middle Eastern and Asian investors, housing associations, local authorities, government bodies and developers. In this role, you'll enjoy an interesting and varied mix of high-level transactional work, including advising on loan agreements and security documents in relation to a diverse range of banking and capital markets mandates across the team's core areas. You'll also have the chance to play a key and pro-active role in initiating and building effective and enduring client relationships, and making a valuable contribution to every facet of this impressive practice.
