This major UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their thriving and leading Banking & Finance practice in the UAE. Their team specialises in advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors and security providers on structuring, negotiating and documenting a broad range of both conventional and Shariah compliant financings. These include market leading regional transactions in corporate lending, asset finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance and global syndicated lending. This particular role will feature a variety of high-level aviation finance mandates as part of a broad transactional remit, and the team are especially keen to speak with individuals who have experience and/or a keen and developing interest in this area. There is flexibility for the role to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, and have high-level international transactional experience. Some experience in Islamic finance, ME regional experience or Arabic language skills would also be advantageous, though are not essential.
