This leading UK and international law firm has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Leveraged Finance lawyer to join their thriving London practice. Their highly rated team are a dominant force throughout the upper- and mid-markets for both lender and private equity sponsor clients; the group has been systematically growing in both revenue and reputation over the past ten years, and are fully committed to the continued growth and development of their high level practice and offering. The team principally advise clients on senior debt facilities, second lien, mezzanine, unitranche facilities, first out/last out and super senior facilities. As part of their on-going growth strategy, they are now looking for a senior lawyer with a primary focus on leveraged finance, representing banks, financial institutions, alternative/direct lenders, private equity sponsors, credit funds and investor companies. This is a high performing, cohesive and busy team with excellent prospects for career development.
