As one of their lawyers, you will get involved in advising clients on a wide range of asset classes including RMBS, covered bonds, CMBS, consumer debt and credit cards, infrastructure, hard asset financing, asset backed commercial paper practices, acting for a number of bank sponsored conduit programmes.
Candidates must be English & Wales qualified, have an excellent academic record and substantial securitisation experience from a leading City structured finance practice.
