The Outsourcing & Projects team has grown at a rapid rate over the last 3 years, and is strategically committed to further development in this area. Following recent major client wins, is has a pressing need to grow the team at associate level. The team is currently seeking a high calibre lawyer who is well versed in all aspects of outsourcing. The successful candidate will work closely with various members of the team including, who have extensive experience in this area and advise on all aspects of outsourcing in both the public and private sector.
The ideal candidate will have a particular emphasis on high value, complex projects and experience of the structural and contractual issues associated with cross-border transactions will be useful. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work as part of a team are essential.
