Our client is looking to recruit further highly technical and 'hands-on' associates with a strong enthusiasm for, and understanding of, the practical and technical elements of hard IP law, including for example computer source coding, electronic engineering, maths, physics or computer programming. The team covers all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, copyright, designs and databases, trade marks and passing off, domain names, collective licensing disputes and comparative advertising.
