(PART-TIME ROLE) - LEADING NATIONAL UK FIRM
This leading national UK law firm is looking to recruit a professional support lawyer to join its Financial Services and Insurance team. Candidates will support the strategic development and growth of the Financial Services & Insurance team and the Insurance Sector by producing tailored training and current awareness materials for UK regulated financial services firms including general and life insurers. Candidates will become a point of first call for clients and colleagues who have technical queries regarding financial services regulation and insurance law. This role will be 80% focused on external client related activities and 20% on internal lawyer/client needs.
The successful applicant will have previous experience working as a lawyer in a law firm or a regulator specialising in Insurance and Financial Services regulation. Applicants must have strong working relationship with at least one insurer or financial services firm; including an extensive knowledge of their structures, key contacts and strategic objectives.
