Our client is looking to recruit a senior associate to join its Tax team in London. The team advises a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses to many FTSE 100 companies, on many different issues, including support on corporate and real estate transactions, banking and project finance, financial services issues and insolvency and restructuring work. will manage your own workload in addition to supporting partners on large and complex matters. You will also be involved in supervising and developing the associates in the team.
The successful candidate must have experience gained in a comparable tax practice and will have gained a solid depth of understanding in UK corporate tax law, ideally advising on a range of different transactions. In building this experience you will have demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills, a keen intellect and a commercial mindset.
