An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior associate to join this highly regarded firm in their Birmingham office. The role is to provide direct support to a partner who manages dispute resolution work for a number of major house-builders. Candidates will also supervise other fee earners.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, proactive and a team player. You will be an integral part of a national team and contribute in raising the firm's profile and playing a fundamental role in the real estate team's continued growth and success. Lawyers undertaking a mix of general litigation and property litigation will be considered. Experience of acting for house-builders will be an advantage but is not essential.
