MAJOR GLOBAL LAW FIRM
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced banking and finance PSL to join this global firm as Director of the groups global KM function. The role is very broad and will be hugely interesting and challenging including developing knowledge at the leading edge of financial products both in the UK and across the globe. You will be responsible for implementing, managing and executing on key knowledge content projects both globally and specifically for the London Banking Group.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a lawyer experienced in the practice of English banking and finance law, you will have substantial experience in the execution of mainstream banking and finance transactions, preferably including substantial acquisition finance experience. The ideal candidate would be someone who is currently a senior PSL seeking a step up or someone who is or was previously at or near partner level, and is looking for more work-life balance.
